No Guns Life, Vol. 1 (Volume 1)

This was awesome. The book is massive for a first volume and the ending wraps everything together nicely but has definitely got me intrigued for volume 2. The artwork is nice and the characters augmentations are all very different. I had Blade Runner vibes the whole way through and can’t wait for volume 2.

If you like dystopias then read it

The basic story is a film noir detective story with a twist it’s set after a war where people became cyborg living weapons the main hero is a guy with a giant gun for a head he deals with other enhanced as there called this reminded me of the comic elephant men it’s about what you do if your a killing machine in a civilian life this grabbed me from the first page not all manga does would recommend this one his official job title is a resolver it’s a not subtle gun joke

Inui Juzo reminds me a bit about Raymond Chandler's Philip Marlowe. Interesting to see how the story progressess. I'm not a fan of the sci-fi genre but the mystery around the main character, the mystery is fantastic.

Just love the whole world, the characters; the concept of the Extended. The evil corporation and the sub characters just trying to get by.

A thrilling new story starring an intriguing pair characters. I am really looking forward to the next volume. Amazing. Hope it comes soon.
