Mary Berry's Absolute Favourites Kindle Edition

I own most of the books by Mary Berry as well as books tied into the Great British Baking Show. This is at or near the bottom of the list. There are a few recipes I may try. The book is not limited to baking but contains other dishes as well. It is also done with metric measures and centigrade temperatures. You need a scale and a Fahrenheit table. I enjoyed reading the book but I was not that impressed with the recipes.

I love Mary Berry - good no nonsense practical advice with everyday kind of recipes that work out every time. This is a good mix of recipes divided into 8 sections of Canapés & First Courses - Meats - Poultry - Fish - Veggies - Pastas - Puddings & Tea time. I cook a lot & have a lot of cook books this one I would highly recommend.

Lots of pics and anecdotes. Great! A beautifully put together book. If you like MB, this is a must. One thing I would change though is to make the print larger. I know this is a UK book, but atleast including the farenheit (USA) next to the other degrees would be nice. It's a bother to look at the conversion chart.

I love this book! Mary shares her family recipes that aren’t too difficult but tasty and show-stopping. Some ingredients may be difficult to find if you live in the US and you’ll have to do your own measure conversion. Great addition to my cookbook collection!

Mary Berry is such a fabulous baker and I expected her book to just be recipes on baking. No!!!! To my great surprise, there are recipes for salads and entrees as well as baking. This cookbook is aptly titled, Absolute Favorites (of Mary Berry). This cookbook gives a deeper sense into the personality of this lovely British baker and cook and I am sure will please almost every cook!The seller, World Of Books, gave great service though the delivery of the book was delayed I assume due to the COVID 19 virus, and I would buy from this seller again.

I wanted the hard copy not the kindle copy

The book arrived today in good condition. Two pages were stuck together (Sticky Chicken recipe) so I'll have to try that recipe. I'm pleased with the purchase.

The only problem is that the measurements are metric. But that is ok. Some ingredients are hard to fine in the states!

Having been a fan of Mary Berry’s tasty desserts and actually watching the series this cookbook related too we thought it would be worth adding it to our collection.Unfortunately I think it’s out of print but we did luckily get a secondhand copy. It was good quality and looked as though it had hardly been used. There really are some tasty easy to make dishes perfect for those times when you want a little comfort food. Our favourite so far is the sausage tray bake.Perfect for the whole family can’t wait to try some more out.

Lovely book received today, ordered because it was 70% off and I've been waiting to buy this one. My only grumble is too many pics of Mary (as much as I like her!) could have fitted more recipes if we didn't have double photos of her!Have to praise Amazon though - ordered yesterday arrived today, thank you!

This is my favourite book of Mary's . It is so easy to use. She puts in lots of useful ideas and titbits to make it simple. Some great recipes I can't wait to get started on.

Find Mary Berrys cookbooks very easy to follow and the ingredients that are used are very easy to buy. The recipies are a great hit with all the family. Would highly recommend if you enjoy home baking.
