Arrived on time, can't put in microwave though, twice that I did something sparked inside the microwave as soon as power button is pressed. Could not find any metal or what might be causing it when this product is inside our microwave. Microwave does not spark with anything else only with this product. So I am keeping it for the cool and will find something else for the microwave for the heat.

Wonderful, soothing solution for a soft warm compress. I have been using mine and wondered how I lived without this! I microwave the rice compress for 45 seconds and it stays warm for a half hour. If you prefer to not use microwave you can put it on a very low oven for half hour. Or you can also put in freezer for cold compress. The cover is super soft and nice to lay over eye/ sinus area without any sharp edges poking into skin. The cover slips off for washing which is nice. The only bad thing I can say about this amazing thing is the rice has a grainy aroma. But other than that, I use and love this product!

I've had this product for over a year and never used it. Finally used it for the first time last night and it was EVERYTHING I needed it to be. I heated it in the microwave for 1 minute and got the BEST sleep I've had all week due to sinus pain in my face. HIGHLY recommended!

Love my new eye pillow. I do not smell lavender much, but I like the weight and feel on my eyes when I cannot get to sleep.

I used 2 times and my eyes hurt. I find it too heave. The eyes are very delicate. Switched to a different lighter in weight brand.

I have a small head, but the strap going around my head is way too tight Now amazon says I cannot return the item, although nothing said that when I ordered it.

Appreciate the natural fiber. Too short and the seam running the length of the item gapes open. Could use a bit more fill. Will be giving it away.

Brilliant product, only thing that lets it down hugely is that it doesn't hold the heat for long when warmed up, I would say about 10minutes, unlike a different one I had before which was amazing and held heat for ages. Should of ordered another of the one I had instead of this one.

I've now had several of these. They are washable and because the lavender is within its own bag u can also reinvigorate the lavender with drops.The lavender sinks into your eye sockets so it blocks out all light and is comfortable to wear. The smell that pervades assist sleep and the blocked out light and constant presaure I found helpful following headaches . The elastic strap means that it normally stays on all night.Washes well as its towelling.Would recommend.

I bought this as I suffer from hayfever which can give me really itchy eyes and sinus headaches. I thought this would help with my eyes (which it does) but also has the bonus with helping with my sinus headaches as well.

Bought this to use in my therapy roomWas just what I needed although it doesn’t smell as strong of lavender as I expected but I can spray with my own. I think if heated it might be a stronger smell. Removable cover is a good option and the bamboo is a natural fabric good for the skin

Great eye warming and soothing, could do with an adjustable tie as elastic a bit tight and normally for hats I have a small head
