The bangs are definitely not "Bettie Page" style right out of the bag—you'll have to trim them for that—they're more of an upward-rounded face-framing curve like a Cleopatra bang, but whatever, I have scissors. My bigger disappointment is the color. It is not what nearly anyone would call "brown" but instead a blonde, maybe an ash blonde; not a light platinum blonde, but definitely blonde. Cinderella blonde. Kind of a natural-looking blonde, shadewise, though it's not as variegated as real blonde hair usually is.In both the case of the cut of the bangs and the case of the color, the photos on the mannequin are more nearly accurate than the photo on the model (which hardly looks like the same wig). It is a bit lighter than the photos on the mannequin.Other than that, I agree with most of the other reviewers that the wig itself is well-made, styleable, and wearable. You CAN brush it, which is nice for a wig at this price point. Imma keep it.

Love this wig! It was a little curlier than I expected BUT I actually find that to be a good thing. The curls are easy to manipulate and there was very little shedding when I brushed them out just a bit! I have a very small head/face but it fits really well so the shorter bangs fall exactly where they should!
