Pricey but Comfortable
I’ve found the SNUGL Travel Pillow to be a game-changer for long journeys. This memory foam neck cushion offers exceptional support, with a design that wraps snugly around the neck without pushing your head forward. It has the ability to fold into a compact carry bag and with a carabiner clip makes it incredibly portable. The balance between comfort and support is spot-on, thanks to the high-quality memory foam filling and the soft, breathable cover. While it’s a bit pricier than some alternatives, the SNUGL’s durability and performance make it a worthwhile investment.

Expensive, but worth it!
Great travel item, and it's so good, I'm even using it when I'm a tried passenger in the car! The fact you can turn it around for side sleepers is great, and it stops my mouth opening when I'm sleeping too (always embarrassing on a plane!). It's quite compact, but very supportive and returns to its size quickly. Hands down the best next support I've ever used, after many years of trying every conceivable design! It's not cheap, but very good quality and I thoroughly recommend this product.

Neck support isn’t great for people with thin necks.
Ordered this because it provides support for side sleepers from the photos and product descriptions. However please be aware if your neck is thin and your head is small you won’t get enough support from this product. I’m 158 cm tall and have a relatively small build. It doesn’t support my neck properly as it cannot be wrapped tightly around my neck. I ended up getting the cabeau evolution TNE 3 and that works great for me. I specifically ordered the small one but it was still way too big for me. I think it works better with people who’re bigger. The material was good, very soft and comfortable so it’s a shame.

Really comfortable thanks to the great design
I suffer with a very tense neck & shoulders at the best of times, so was really dreading an upcoming 15-hour flight and ordered numerous travel pillows to try at home in advance. From the outset it was clear that the SNUGL pillow was much more versatile than the others, thanks to the cut-out groove for the neck/shoulder.I personally find that memory foam pillows are often too firm, making them uncomfortable after a while, but found the SNUGL offered a good balance of comfort and support. I was also a little concerned that it might be too big for my frame (I'm 5ft 4ins with quite a short neck), but it was fine - although a marginally smaller one would probably have been even better. The ultimate test was going to be the actual flight though, and I'm pleased to say that the SNUGL exceeded my expectations! I slept for 6-hours straight on both the outward and return journey, using the pillow in the 'traditional' position on the way out and with the groove over my shoulder on the way home. Both options were very comfortable, with no stiff neck afterwards. It took a little longer to find a comfortable position when my seat was fully upright, but the versatility of the design really helped with that.Carrying it around was easy enough - it fit into my hand luggage no problem, but it can also clip to the strap if necessary. When not being used on the plane it also stored easily under the seat in front.I honestly wouldn't travel without it now!

Worth it
Extremely good neck cushion, very comfortable memory foam, good size very supportive, multiple options in terms of how you ware it to give different support, well made high quality. Don't be put off by a slightly higher price, well worth the money, easy to travel with rolls up nice and small in a neat rope tie bag

Wasn't comfortable for me, design seemed flawed: returned for refund
I bought this pillow after sitting next to someone who wore it (for the first time it turned out) during a coach journey and said they were happy with it so far. There's a lot that was great about this pillow: the memory foam was comfortable yet supportive, it has clever design that can be rolled-up and buckled shut to a compact size, and it's brilliant that the carry case comes with a clip so you can attach it to your bag.Unfortunately though, one aspect of the design meant that neither me nor my partner found it comfortable to wear. As you can see from the picture, the 'arms' that close together flare-out and widen at either end. I think this is intended to offer more support, but seemed incredibly flawed to me. It meant that as you tighten the buckle, which you need to do for support, it concentrates pressure on the front of your neck and feels like it's choking you. It didn't feel like this needs to be the case: if the arms tapered instead of flaring out I think it'd distribute pressure more evenly.I tried the pillow in a number of orientations: side sleeper, standard, etc. It was possible to get a little comfier if I tucked my chin into the pillow and adjusted the tightness etc... and I have no doubt that it'd be comfier than no pillow at all... but I could tell that I'd be fiddling with it for the whole journey. Given it's not the cheapest I decided to return it and try alternatives. My partner tried it on and instantly asked to take it off saying she felt claustrophobic. We tried the regular size, I'm a 5'9 male, she's 5'8 female so pretty average.Everyone is different, you might have better luck especially if you're tall, but the fact that the pillow exerts pressure at the point where you tighten it seemed like a design flaw to me
