Nice size
It deburred the hole alright. I had trouble putting small chamfers on the holes; that may be my as I was using a cordless drill to perform the chamfers.

Very disappointing
I purchased this to make 8 countersinks in 1/2" mild steel plate. The first few worked relatively well, albeit very slow to remove material, but by the last four created scalloped holes and were very hard to drill. See attached photo.I used lots of TapMagic cutting fluid and did everything I could to keep the bit cooled and not smoking, and it still barely worked.Needless to say I will be picking a name brand countersink next time I need to countersink into steel.UPDATE: I tried using it yesterday to countersink is some soft, thin aluminum and it even struggled with that. IMO it should have ripped through that aluminum in under a second and yet it took about 5-10 seconds just to provide enough depth to countersink some tiny screws!

Not a 90 degree countersink
I used this countersink on a critical part and ruined the part because it is not the 90 degree cut as advertised. I believe it is 82 degrees. Cost me a $150 part.

Low quality product
Do not buy this product. This countersink bit is very low quality. The bit wore out after a day of use on mild steel. It did not burn out due to too much speed, as you can see there’s no discoloration on the bit. The quality of metal used is not good at all. It just simply wore out. Do not buy!

Working well & Looking Better.
I did not expect a whole lot since the price paid was not a heck of a lot for these kind of tools. I have been able to use this several times and it has cut very well and since it attaches to my Milwaukee power driver it leaves my matching drill free to drill holes and the driver to ream them. As a minor but positive attaboy this is very nicely machined and these folks obviously take pride in appearance. That says something.

Best affordable countersink
Handles stainless pretty well for what it is. Very pleased with the price. I use it in the shop quite often.
