The USB port barely holds the cable in place and is lose enough that I am concerned it will come out with slight movement. The LED is a bit bright for a dark room at night and the pulsating light pattern is more of an annoyance than a feature. Do NOT buy the white one. The LED shines through the white plastic and is overbearing. It was only a few bucks and it does charge your phone. What more do you want? I do not expect this stand long-term use. It feels cheap in the hand and your phone has to be in JUST the right spot for it to work. But again, it does what it claims to do so I still think the value is good.

The product description shows that an AC adapter is included. The package arrived and it was obvious from the designed of box this was packaged in that an adapter wouldn't fit. There is a label on the outside of the package saying that there is NO AC Adapter. However, the directions included in the package include instructions on using the AC adapter. One of the reasons I purchased this unit was after seeing others that did NOT include the adapter. Fortunately for me I had an extra adapter but for those of you that do not, perhaps beware.The product seems to work find but I have only had it a few hours.

I loved the concept of this charger. It would make my life so much easier, I was looking forward to putting phone on charger and walking away. That does happen but you need to make sure the charger actually engages with the phone. I don't leave the charge plugged in. I plug it in and it lights up, put phone on charger and there is not an instant connection to start charging. Some times I have to plug in a couple time to get it to light up and then pick my phone up and put it down a couple times before it engages. Otherwise, once it engages it is amazing and charges as it should.

I was a little concerned because it's own cord was hard to attach but we got it in. It charges my Galaxy 8 plus but not my kids A21 so that was disappointing. We have only had it for a day so we will see how strong it is and how long it last.

Takes foreeeever to charge. But it works. it can get hot so be careful. Pretty cool product. Lights up and it works great.

I wish I had known before I bought it that it was only for iPhones.

I am very happy to have purchased this wireless charger. It is easy to use, works great and its small enough to hide when not in use. It charges fast enough to charge my S20 Samsung cell phone. The best feature for me is you know its charging because the light glow in and out when complete charged the lights stay lid all around the circular circumference. My husband and I love it and its easy to travel with as well. Great price, great item better than Verizon's wireless charges cost of 49.99 plus tax.

This thing is amazing. Why did I not buy it before?! It's so easy to use; setup was almost instant and now that it's set up, every time I set my phone down on my desk I can charge a bit. No fumbling for a wire and feeling like it's more effort than it's worth to charge my phone every time I'm not using it. I have a cluster of wires I have to detangle every time I want a charge of something. I need to find a way to organize my wires, I know, but right now this device is terrific. And so cheap too. I dunno how long it'll keep working but even if it broke, another one is only $10. A steal.
