It arrived in God awful condition from China. Wet contents and ripped box... But amazingly the actual items were fine inside after I dried them with a towel.The tray itself seems very practical and once screwed to your desk it will go nowhere.

Easy to install? Yes, once you figure out how the tracks go. The tiny leaflet that comes with "instructions" has small pictures and barely any information. I had to look at the item online and zoom in to see how they went. The material is cheap if you get the plastic one; so if you can get the wood one do so. The tray does not stay locked in place once installed so one side is locked and the other comes loose. I would never purchase this again, and its too much hassle nowadays to return this so I'll just replace it with something better and then toss this one.

Works well and easy to install. The price was right also!

Likes: Ease of installation, price and the pen/pencil compartment.Dislikes: Not enough room for mouse, ergonomically unstable(can't put a lot of pressure on drawer).By far the likes to me outweigh the dislikes. I love this product.

Not good quality

Might be a sturdy key board if we were able to install it. The screws that came with the product are junk. We have had half of the screw heads break leaving the threaded body embedded into our desk. Thus, making us readjust where we put the key board... Going to have buy our own screws so we don't risk not being able to place the keyboard where it is suppose to go.
