Easy to apply and good coverage
Well, I don't know if this needs more written reviews, I just wanted to say that it was super easy to spray with my airbrush, I thinned it a bit to be able to use less pressure, and I had no issues, primed a bunch of resin figures with it, and worked like a charm :)!It's not super glossy, as for durability, I don't know, we'll see :)!

Great coverage and adhesion to plastic
I received an airbrush kit for Xmas. Vallejo primers work great with it. After tweaking the psi, and trial and error, I was able to prime a dozen miniatures with ease in 30 minutes.Although the bottle states it’s airbrush ready, I did find that cutting the primer 50/50 with Vallejo airbrush thinner works much better than straight primer alone. No tip dry with the 50/50 mix, whereas I had to clean the needle repeatedly with the straight primer. It’s a good idea to grab thinner if you’re going to use this with an airbrush.Even though it’s designed for airbrushes, the primer can also be brushed on if you don’t have one. Either way it beats using rattle cans to prime and varnish. I will be buying the white and grey primers, and a matte varnish from Vallejo as well.

Great primer
My husband is a total Vallejo fin boy. His hobby is 3D printing and then painting various models. He loves Vallejo paints and primers and that is all he uses. The primer works straight out of the bottle in his airbrush with no thinning needed and provides great coverage.

Good base layer
It's okay. Good coverage though very fragile. Unless you paint it or varnish it, it'll eventually scratch off with frequent handling.

Vallejo is the Best
Vallejo is the beet model paint and primer! Also, the large bottle saves money. I especially liked that the provider taped the lids closed to assure that there were no spills during shipment.

Awesome for 3D prints!
I've discovered the fun pastime of airbrushing the various figurines and statues I 3D print to use up old filament, and until now was using a spray can of primer to prep the prints for painting.I saw this and had to try it. I've got a small booth I airbrush my prints in for ventilation, so the thought of being able to primer prints in a controlled booth instead of going outside and hoping that the wind wouldn't mess with the primering process was a major factor. As expected, I'm able to airbrush this cleanly onto 3D prints in my booth. This is my second Vallejo product and I'm just as pleased with it as the first (which was matte varnish). This primer flows nicely, and I don't add any thinner or reducer to the primer.Having said that, I run my compressor at higher pressure for primer and sealants. For airbrushing acrylic paints, I run a working pressure of 15-35 PSI, depending on how much volume I'm pushing through the airbrush. For this primer and sealants, I run a working air pressure of 40 PSI. That is, when I activate the airbrush, my compressor's regulator reads 40 PSI. At a full tank and switched off, my compressor's regulator reads almost 50 PSI.Aside from a little tip drying which is easily cleared with a brush soaked in airbrush cleaner, I have zero flow issues with this primer. It does atomize a bit roughly, but I still get thorough, consistent coverage on my prints.I've since used up my spray can of primer and won't be getting another one. But when I use up this bottle of primer, I'll definitely be back for more!
