These are your basic white rice noodles--nothing fancy--but it's wonderful to have the option of buying them organic. This is a good price for organic rice noodles, too. I've been ordering these for awhile now, and the only problem I've had was that one time my order arrived with two of the noodle packages ripped inside the shipping box. I gave the seller a second chance, though, and it hasn't happened again, so they still get five stars from me. I hope these noodles remain available for a long time to come.

Our family is gluten, dairy and soy free so we have to be mindful of all ingredients lists in the food we buy. Our whole family loves these noodles! They are my daughter’s favorite. We can enjoy soups and stir fry dishes so much more!

I'm always tentative regarding the purity of organic products. I would definitely give it 5 stars if they could provide some lab results regarding the purity of the product, ensuring no pesticides/ glyphosate, etc. Unfortunately, just an organic label these days doesn't actually give full assurance.

A lot of the organic noodles we’ve tried are too thick. These are spot on and have a really good flavor.

The texture was not appetizing... not sticky at all.

My family love these with just about anything! They cook up so nicely with a really smooth texture. I like them with teriyaki chicken and sauce. My little ones love them with just a little butter and salt.
