Great alternative to oral, tastes fine, dissolves well.

I am a big fan of ProThera products! My pediatrician recommended the ProThera brand and I knew I couldn't go wrong with her recommendation. My two kids and I have been taking this Active B12 for over a year now. The three of us do not break down our vitamin B like our bodies were meant to and so this "active" form of B12 is just what we needed. I take a whole one and cut one in half for my 4 and 6 year old. There is a line right down the middle, so it makes it easy to cut in half. It also easily dissolves in your mouth and tastes pleasant. My kids ask to take their vitamin B because it tastes good!Benefits-The methyl form of vitamin B12 helps regenerate neurons as well as the protective covering called myelin sheath that envelops nerves throughout the brain and nervous system. In the presence of any damage to the myelin sheath, nerves cannot function normally. Such damage can result from exposure to a broad range of environmental toxins.
