Empires Finest Royal Au Jus Base 1 Pound Canister

It mixed well with boiling water and provided great flavor to my prime rib.

No need to try any others. This one nails it and simple to make. Made a brisket for holiday and made the au jus adding juices from brisket and WOW was all I heard from everyone (myself included). Awesome for soup I made. Very flavorful!!

The inside seal was broken and the Au Jus leaked out which made the product unusable. I would like this replaced.

1 ounce of Auju Base to 48 ounces of water for a good Chuck Pot roast.

I was disappointed with this product. I compared it to Gordon's soup base and which I found more flavorful.

This Empire Royal Au Jus Base is so much more concentrated than beef stock it is hard to believe. I used it first in a smoked chuck roast recipe and then added a small amount to a meat loaf{my own recipe}. In both cases this base gave the meats a much meatier, somewhat gamier flavor. Both were more robustly flavored.

I like this product because it’s simplicity. Simply add hot water and you have au jus for any beef product. Works great for me.

Tasted like it was supposed too. Just cost double .
