First published in 1964 and is still going strong in 2024. It's a classic textbook.
In this paragraph, I'll review this edition, and in the next one, I'll paste my review from the other edition I wrote on Amazon earlier. The Feynman Lecture on Physics, published by Pearson India, has some pages that are of low quality, but it still manages to include clear pictures and equations. This edition happens to be the cheapest first-hand option I could find on Amazon.com compared to other editions. The page and printing quality don't seem outstanding, just okay. There aren't any missing pages or equations. While some pictures are of lower quality, you can still grasp the content. Overall, it's fair enough==========The Feynman Lectures on Physics is an essential resource for physics majors who are serious about learning the subject. The books are comprehensive, covering almost every topic in first-year undergraduate physics. Feynman's passion for physics is evident in his writing and he presents the material in a clear and engaging way. Unfortunately, the they do not include problem sets to help students check their understanding of the material. However, several other textbooks have been published that include problem sets that can be used in conjunction with the Feynman Lectures. Despite this lack of problem sets, the FLP can invaluable resource for physics students. Feynman's explanations are often more insightful and comprehensive than those found in other textbooks. Finally FLP can be used as a reference for students who are taking physics courses at a higher level (even master or phd program)

Feynman is the last great spokesperson for Modern Physics
Feynman goes behind the dry equations to give an intuitive understanding that reveals the profound philosophical roots from which the laws of Nature emerge. He is the last iconic spokesperson for modern physics. All the post-modern physicists today touting the wonders of quantum mechanics are merely hucksters. I'm certain he would find a clever way to say the same.

A must-have for anyone seriously interested in physics
Feynman's approach to a subject is sometimes unique, but all the time worthwhile. The whole range of undergraduate physics, as Feynman taught it at Caltech. There are things you won't find in any other textbooks. Well indexed, so you can use it as a reference book.

Disappointing print quality, gray market, not authorized for sale in USA
Update 2020-04The rear cover has two suspicious looking stickers on it. I removed these with a sharp knife. The oval "NEW" sticker was covering the India MRP of 679 rupees, about $8.80. The large gray sticker was covering the PearsonIN logo, along with the statement "This edition is manufactured in India and is authorized for sale only in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives".Original reviewI finally got round to buying these volumes as they were recommended reading at University, but back then I could never have afforded the overpriced Feynman books. They are still rather expensive, and the quality for the price falls well short. The first two preface pages are completely stuck together - deliberately - and several other preface pages were joined at the edges due to poor trimming. The paper is super thin such that you can see what's on the other side of the page as well as the near side. The ink is not a nice dense black - probably just as well given the thin paper. The binding quality looks as if it won't last long. The stuck-together first pages can partially be read courtesy of the transparency of the paper, revealing that this set was printed in India.Further reading of the deliberately stuck together pages reveals that the printing was for India, Bhutan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and [obscured], and that sale outside of these territories is UNAUTHORIZED [their capital letters]. Therefore there is good reason to believe that the seller, EvaPort, is selling books that are not authorized for sale in the USA.I recommend against purchasing from this seller. These are almost certainly gray-market books cheaply printed for a foreign market, being sold at top-dollar US prices.

Will cost you to send back damaged product
I bought these for my son for Christmas. They arrived in fancy packaging to protect the books which seemed awesome at the time. When he opened them he found that they had been s hitting in their fancy packaging so long that the ink had fused several pages together. I contacted the company who said we could return it for a replacement at our own expense. Also, all the packaging had to be at least the grade they shipped It in, all of which had been thrown away already. After tallying the cost to return it, including packaging and shipping, we decided to just not buy from this seller again.

Poor construction
Shipped from India and I assume printed there from an eBook file. In all three volumes the pages that contain the preface are glued together and the copyright pages are scrambled. The rest of the text seems OK but wonder if there are more subtle errors in the text.

Horrible Printing
South Asia copies of the books, seller tried to hide the fact that they are South Asia copies with adhesive tape. Apart from this, horrible printing and first copyright pages are glued together. Low paper quality and it came damaged. Paper quality is also not stupendous.Feynman Lectures on physics are amazing. But horrible printing. Just buy from somewhere else.
