I bought a 2nd one after trying my 1st one, since I got tired switching them to different heights all the time. I keep one at jumping height, and another at standing height, so I can train both the hit on its own, and also jump + hit. I feel like my hitting power increased quite a bit, because of the reps I put into this thing, similar to how you get stronger overtime at lifting weights.

This is a great training tool for my daughter to learn to hit the ball harder. The setup is easy and I was able to use it right out of the box. I added some clips to attach to my walls which makes it easier to put up and down quickly. My daughter has already improved within a week of using this. This is a high quality product. Highly recommend.
