Q: Does this help reduce hard water scaling in my kettle and other appliances ?

I am in a hard water area & previously used the Britta filter system, which didn’t reduce the scaling hardly at all. Since changing over to the Waterdrop system I've found the scaling has reduced by approx 80%. Definitely a marked improvement, & would advise you try this. Hope this answers/helps you.👍🏻

Press the button 6 times in a row (NOTE: don't hold the button); 3. Press and hold the button for at least 5 sec until it flashes blue. Hi, fill up a jug that's large enough for you to submerge the filter in and shake it around for a few minutes. If it persists it sounds like you should try and get a replacement.
