My son was very excited to get this flip book kit! It works well.

I bought this for my step daughter. She’s an art student in college and I feel like the go-to gift everyone usually buys her are art supplies. Of course it’s the usual; pencils, pads, paints, etc. I try to get her art supplies because it is her passion but some different things that others maybe haven’t thought of. She is interested in drawing comics and anime and this seemed to fit nicely in that category of the art realm. I asked her if she had a light box before purchasing and she didn’t. This kit comes with everything to make the booklet so there is no need to buy extras. The box itself has a nice presentation. Art students have a lot of heavy and serious projects to complete so this was something that was supposed to be for fun and nothing that had to be stressed. She has had fun with doodling when she can she tells me.

I’ve never seen my 10 year old with ADHD sit still for so long in my life. This was incredibly engaging for him and the patience he took with it was truly impressive. The light pad is obviously for functional purposes but also made it more exciting for him.The QR code for “tips & tricks” that came in the box doesn’t work, it brings you to a “404 page not found” but we just googled similar things and found plenty of YouTube videos made by other individuals and he had a great time.

This product is very easy to set up and use. It is extremely portable as long as an outlet is nearby.My 8 year old has had a fun time making these little flip books. I will need to find more flip book ideas for her to go off of and trace as not many are included with the kit.

Great gift idea for anyone of any age. Good quality and fun to create something with your kids.

So, my little nephew is obsessed with Andymation and flip books. What a perfect birthday gift and a good way to support the creator of my nephew's favorite videos. However, the lightboard stopped working within 2 weeks. I haven't seen it to determine the issue, I was just told about it. Other than that, it's a fine set, but you can buy all the components for less.
