Kasugai Ramune Gummy Candy 3.59oz (9 Pack)

I really enjoy every flavor of this candy I've ever eaten, and that's at least 8 flavors. But this one really missed the mark for me. I order Kasugai gummy candies a couple of times a year, but I did not like their take on the Ramune flavor. It smelled super wonderful, exactly like a freshly opened bottle of Ramune soda! The taste was not the same. I enjoy Ramune soda, I enjoy Kasugai gummy candies, but I don't enjoy Kasugai Ramune flavored gummy candies.

Absolutely delicious gummies! If you like the Ramune soda, you will definitely enjoy these. The package has about 24-25 gummies in it and each are individually packaged so it's easy enough to slip in as a treat to snack on at work. The gummies themselves are very soft and somewhat chewy, but they don't get stuck in your teeth. The flavor is light and somewhat citrus-y, and while I wouldn't 100% describe it as a "ramune" flavor, you can definitely identify that they aren't simply sugary citrus gummies. Overall, I would highly recommend these, the flavor is very balanced and not oversweet, and you get a lot of candies in the package. (The gummies themselves are slightly larger than a quarter, so I've found eating only one or two at a time is more than enough to satisfy a sweet craving)

I only ordered these to mail to some of my friends so they can try it. I would've gone to buy them from the Asian market myself, but I moved out into a rural area a.k.a no such thing around here.Product: I think this particular Kasugai gummy is an acquired taste. I personally don't really like ramune much, but the gummy itself is pretty alright in moderation. It can either taste sweet and lightly citrusy or a chemical soapy taste depending on your tastes. Ramune is a carbonated drink, but these gummies don't have any fizz to them like other Ramune flavored candy I've had, so in a way it's like flat Ramune. The round chewy and soft gummies come individually wrapped.

This is one of my favorite flavors for Japanese candy. This is a gummi candy and it's not too sweet or very hard. Each piece is individually wrapped. My kids have already eaten half the bag. I like that this is currently on subscribe and save, hopefully it'll be around awhile. Yummy!

I was excited about these because I love asian candies, but was a little disappointed with them. I thought they would have more flavor to them but they tasted pretty plain. I also felt the texture was weird, almost too chewy but that might've been because of sitting in the mailbox.

I personally adore this candy and always used to buy it in Chinatown in Chicago. Since it's quite a trip though I never got it very often. They sell different flavors of this product at my local mall, but Ramune will always be my favorite flavor. It's best described as a more fruity Sprite flavored candy. Not exactly like the soda, but very very close.

There's nothing that I found particularly great or distasteful about it, I would say that the taste is kind of acquired. I didn't enjoy the first three pieces, but then it became more pleasing as I had more. It's just candy.

I ordered a two pack thinking it was was just two but I guess it was a SET of two so I had 4 haha. I bought them for my boyfriend because he loves them. They were great!! To me they taste very similar to bubblegum!
