Can't believe it's been that long! I am still taking this supplement and am pleased to say that it continues to work great and I have no known side effects. mag glycinate is getting WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. This is a more affordable brand.

For those taking 1 pill, you may need to increase it to 3 or 4.When I was first 'prescribed' mag glycinate by my functional med doctor, she told me to take 400mg/per day.

It caused extreme diarrhea for me, initially it was ok but the more I used it the worse it got.
