they have quickly become an essential part of my fitness routine. I love the value of it, since most resistance bands are pretty expensive, but the quality isnt that good, after using one of the bands for like few days it stopped showing the resistance, I don't know if thats normal for resistance bands, but thats just my experience.

I have used them a couple of times and I have had no problem, but they do feel like they might eventually burst, as in not very strong. It hasn't happened yet though, so I might be wrong.

I have used the bands to help make my muscles stronger in my arms and legs. it helps give you a good stretch. The bands are strong and pleasing to use. they do not slip when using them.

Die Bänder sind einzelt verpackt in einen Karton angekommen. Dabei war auch noch ein praktisches Beutel zu verstauen der Bänder und eine kurze Pflege-und Nutzunganleitung. Die Bänder haben keinen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Farben und Spannung der Bender sind in Ordnung. Nur das gelbe Bald hat an einigen Stellen komische Flecken, schwer zu sagen, wie die entstanden sind. Bis jetzt war bei mir das rote Band in der Nutzung. War Top!
