Doesn't oxidize like others
My hammer style tenderizer that this item replaced couldn't be washed in the dishwasher. This one is solid stainless and cleans up nicely with no oxidation, great product!

This thing rocks
I've used this for tonkatsu and torikatsu (panko fried pork/chicken) and it's great. I placed the cuts of meat in a bag, and tamped them flat with this oddball-shape tenderizer before dredging and frying.Honestly, I was surprised at how quick the work was. You have to really feel for the tactility to ensure you're getting an even flat, but I think this tool makes it easier than most mallets I've used. Highly recommend. Hope it lasts a long time.

Works like a charm
I needed something to tenderize my meat faster than using the side of a plate, as I was taught to use when I was a kid. lol.This worked perfectly and my chicken breast for my Chicken Marsala melted in my mouth. Very easy to use. I would recommend this product.

Love this meat, tenderizer mallet. It is just the right heaviness and love the magnetic function of switching which side you want to use. It is perfect for thinning out Chicken cutlets without the chicken juice flying everywhere! It is a great value for the money and I definitely recommend this product.

love that it is all one metal piece - no handle to break off or wear out, it is one solid piece. Its smaller than you think however - but I have used it on chicken and it packs a punch. I hope I never have to buy another.
