These pills are kind of large. I buy them because large pills don’t bother me. Great vitamin supplement. Very effective. It does boost my energy levels.. Tasteless. Easy for me to swallow .

I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I think this vitamin is pretty comprehensive and a good price compared to other "natural" options. Make sure to take with food for proper absorption and to avoid nausea. This does have too many B vitamins - it will make your pee bright yellow, which isn't much of a concern to me but may be if you have any kidney issues. I've noticed differences in my hair and nails when I take it regularly, with faster hair growth and stronger nails.

I feel great when taking these. I've used different variations of Alive Women's multivitamin but this is by far my favorite because it makes me feel healthy and gives me the necessary nutrients I'm missing as well as energy to carry on with my day.
