Really pretty...def wash first...I know this will get softer wash after wash (including the trim)....I liked the little details like the pearly flower shaped buttons. Great length. Honestly the only surprise was the fit a bit too generous. I'm typically an XXL (18-20) and this XXL was *extremely* generous...(no I didn't believe the measurements for 2XL & that's my bad!) Also the pink is a nice medium pink and cotton is not see-through. Worth the $ and I have a difficult time spending lots on jammies... but i'm ordering another from this company in a diff color.

These nightgowns are so comfortable and don’t make you sweat all night. So glad I chose them

*** (See update at the end!) This gown is soft, pretty, feminine and cut so well! I love this gown! In fact, I liked it so much that even though it was too large, I was relieved when I was able to not only send this size back, but that they next size down was available. Can't wait to get them! UPDATE: SUPER-FAST - I already have returned, received my credit and received my new gowns in the next size smaller and couldn't be happier! They are so, so pretty! The fit is great, the material is feminine, soft and light. I love these!!!

This nightie is so sweet and comfy. If you love cotton nighties, as I do, get it! It's the perfect alternative to the EW brand (don't know if I can mention other brand, but you know the brand I mean). Just as well made and so much less expensive. It runs large and does not shrink in the wash. I washed it in hot water and dried it in the drier trying to get it to shrink and it didn't. I also note that the description says hand wash and hang to dry, but it machine washes and dries great. I ordered an XXL according to the chart and could have taken an XL. For reference I am 5'8", 228 lbs, 40DD bust.

If you're anything like me, you spend a lot of time in your pajamas, and I could wear this everyday for the rest of my life! I'm a size 10/12 (40D), and the medium fits perfect, and I don't find it to be see through.. it is a little sack like, but I like it loose so you can't tell when I'm braless out in the yard.. it goes to the knee, I love the ruffle on the bottom, and it's practically weightless, washes and dries nicely, no shrinking.. I'm soo happy with these pajamas!

So I nearly sent this back because it fits a bit large at the arm pits. I'm losing weight too so I was worried it would get too big on me before I got much out of it.Well, it is sort of too big on me at this point, but I'm still wearing it. I'm wearing now actually & I don't care one bit that it's big on me because it's so freaking comfortable!I had my heart set on a la cera nightgown/robe set. I didn't have the money yet though & bought this primarily to use until I was able ot buy the set I wanted.Well I've now bought the full set. The short gown, the long gown, and the long sleeve robe. Spent stupid amounts of money on it and I wear this nightgown more often than all of those put together. It's longer than the short la cera. It's shorter than the long one.Turns out, this in-between length is perfect for me. Not so short that I worry about bending down in front of anyone. Not so long that it tangles up in my legs in bed. The cotton is softer after washing. A good weight. Light enough to not make me warm in this hot summer we're having, but still fully opaque. ( I got the dark blue. can't speak to the other colors yet). The trim is fully stitched on at both edges, so it doesn't curl or deform. (I should note, I hang dry most of my things so I don't think I've ever put it through the dryer.) The stitching all over the garment is neat & secure.The only thing this doesn't have that the la ceras I have do, is pockets. Everyone loves pockets. But honestly, given the price & comfort, I'm not mad. I can throw the robe on & have pockets in that if I really need them around the house.A nightgown this style isn't ever going to be super flattering. It doesn't have enough shape to be super attractive, but then, neither does the more expensive nightgown & it's the lack of shaping that makes it so easy & comfortable to wear. I am tempted though, to sew a line of elastic inside under the bust for a more attractive shape. But if I do that, and it's not as cozy, I'll be annoyed with myself, so I'm still debating.I can't justify buying more nightgowns at this point, or I'd be ordering another one of these right now because I really do like it that well. I will be though in the future. I genuinely wish I hadn't bought the full la cera set so I could buy more of these right now.I will be back to buy this again.If you're on the line between two sizes, size down. If you aren't, it might still be a bit large, but the comfort in the extra space might be worth staying with that size. I'm currently a size 18W with a 46" bust (36/38 H/I bra size at the moment). 38"waist, 52"hips last time I measured. I ordered the 2x based on the size chart. I worried about the fit on my hips, I worry about everything with the fit on my hips, but this is plenty roomy & I could easily go down a size or two I think & still have it fit. If I were to order again right now, I'd be torn between ordering an XL or even an L despite the fact that my bust size fits the size chart right at a 2XL exactly. I suspect this was cut with the assumption that a 46"bust meant a larger underbust, & chest above the bust measurements. That is probably why it is so loose at the armpits. So perhaps if you have a larger chest/underbust measurement sticking with your size on the chart might be a better idea.I guess my only real complaint is about the size chart. I hate when companies only list one measurement, either bust, or waist like this. As though we're all shaped the same. As though measuring one body part covers how a garment will fit everywhere.We aren't all shaped the same. Not even close. This chest measurement can cover someone who wears a 44Bcup & has a 50" waist just easily as it covers me at a 36I & 38"waist. And a woman with any of those measurements could be shaped with hips smaller than their waist or bust vs my extra-wide hips.Dear manufacturers & sellers. Please give us comprehensive size charts based on body measurements that include At Minimum, bust, waist, and hips. Buying online isn't like buying in store & we need that information to make informed purchases that leave us happy customers.

I love this nightgown sooo much! The fabric is soft and comfortable -- don't sweat at night. Very pretty; wish I could wear it all the time. Highly recommend as a fabulous feeling way to get into bed!

So light and good to sleep in. Great for hot weather. I bought 3 of them and will buy another. Highly recommend. Fit is nice and loose, not constricted.

It is cotton but very very thin, can’t imagine it holding up in the wash.I bought clothes as I like things roomy but it was massive. I am disappointed that Amazon doesn’t research its products better and that a return label is not included in the package. I guess I will once again have to eat the shipping cost. My advise would be to skip over the products from China, they have always been a disappointment for me.

I have looked high and low for a good quality 100% cotton nightgown for a reasonable price locally and I could not find one anywhere. Even the well known box stores were asking ridiculous high prices for a 100% all cotton gown. Amazon was the only place I was able to find what I was looking for. This gown fits pretty good in the medium size which is my normal size. The material is soft and lightweight enough for those hot nights. As for the see through thing, it's only very very little which is expected in a 100% cotton nightie. I am pretty happy with my purchase even though it's a 'nothing fancy nightie' which suits me fine. :-)

I love these nighties. I bought one in every colour for me and my mom. Pretty and comfortable. They are cotton (like a sheet) nice colours wash up great. I bought bigger sizes because I wanted to place them in the dryer and knew they would shrink. All good

I purchased two of these nighties, in the hope that they would be cool, for the hot weather. So far, so good! They are well made of soft cotton. I would recommend these, for women who are really warm at night.

I ordered this nightgown as I always sweat like crazy during the night. The fabric keeps me cool and the fit is loose without being too big or too small. I ordered the star pattern and it's super cute.
