This is my 3rd bottle of mineral blend. Let me start off by saying that I take a LOT of supplements for a variety of reasons. I started taking this fulvic/humic acid mainly to help nail and hair growth. But I also take 5000 mg of biotin, daily collagen, eat a ton of eggs, eat a mostly carnivore diet, so I really can't say if the mineral blend made any difference or if it was the all the other stuff. For awhile there, I noticed my nails were growing longer/stronger, my hair was growing like crazy, I wasn't losing as much hair in the shower, AND my eyelashes grew! I mean, that was a huge difference because after having so many kids, my eyelashes were pitiful. Now they look like they did when I was a teen.So, then I ran out of the mineral blend and I was being really careful with my spending. I just couldn't fork out the $33 for another bottle. This last month while I haven't been using it, I've noticed my hair falling out a lot more in the shower and my nails are breaking constantly. I changed nothing else in my life. Is it the mineral blend?? Who knows, but I bought another bottle, because, well I'm a little vain, and I like my hair and I like my new eyelashes.As for other benefits that it claims:better immunity - I don't often get sick, so I can't speak to thisbetter sleep - well, I'm in menopause, have too many animals, and have never really slept great. I can say, however, during the time I wasn't using the mineral blend, my insomnia was much worse. Now that I'm using it again, we shall see.cognitive function - I can't say that I have too many issues here. Around the same time I started using this stuff, I also started using Gingko and my short-term memory greatly improved. So, maybe it was one or the other, maybe both.My ONLY complaint about this item is the lid. It comes with a plastic cup over the actual lid that is intended for pouring/measuring the 1 oz of liquid. I have NEVER been able to get that stupid plastic cup off of the lid. So I just pour straight from the bottle and eyeball it. No big deal.

Great for an active lifestyle, helps with hydration and energy. I have noticed improvements in skin hydration since using this. I have been using this product for 6+ months.

I have been taking this product for a few years. Since I try to maintain an organic diet as much as possible, I make it a point to drink one ounce every morning. When I eat out, I also drink it before or after the meal to help cleanse my body. I keep it in the refrigerator, which makes it easier to drink.

Best liquid vitamins.

Measuring cap broken, leakage, while cap does not fit right!! Wrapped in a plastic bag with a label sold as a set with expiration date on it.. the tag looked old!! Sent a message to sender no response! Haven’t used long enough to tell a difference.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and can already feel a difference in my energy and overall wellness. The taste is mild, and it mixes easily with water or juice. Definitely a quality supplement highly recommend!
