Fun set
Built this with my 7 year old son. Lots of details in the buildings.

Worth the price.
The original packing was opened and damaged. However on checking with the manual we've ascertained that all the pieces are intact. Great set and even greater price.

Box was open and broken at many points
The LEGO box was totally open , dirty and broken at many points. I was not even sure that the contents inside were complete. Had to count all the bags and compare to the catalogue to make sure they are there. Not good at all for such an expensive item
