At first, I was underwhelmed. It seemed like a little bit of sweetener in each packet. But I learned to love putting this in my chai tea, and then I tried it in other flavors of teas. It's delicious. It's like powdered sugar-substiture. It's not granular. It it sweeter than the regular packets of granular stevia, so a little goes a long way.

Nice and sweet. Great flavor. The little pouches are hard to open. Not like my first order. Easy to use now have to cut them.

The media could not be loaded. I used to love this sugar alternative and have been buying it for years (I even switched to autoship), but I don't know if they changed the product or I am somehow being slipped a dupe of the product because two major things have changed since I got my last order:1. Packaging - impossible deter into. They finally started putting little notches on it. Not good enough since apparently it doesn’t protect the integrity of the product and everything in my box now is like Laffy taffy.2. Flavor - As a longtime user of this product I know that one in my coffee each morning was perfect and has been for years. Now, I have to put 2 in if I want to get any flavor. And the flavor is different. It’s not only not as sweet, but it’s bitter. It’s not enjoyable anymore.So, is this a new thing? Or have I been punked and someone got ahold of the product, cut it with some sort of filler to make it go twice as far, repackaged it using a cheap plastic-like material and then shipped it out to me and made themselves a pretty profit in the meantime? If this is actually the company's doing, I am asking that you either go back to the original. And if you messed with the formula in order to get more $ then shame on you....I already settled for getting less packages for my order (It used to be a box of 200 for the same price - fine, it was a quality product so I dealt with it. It is no longer the quality product it was as far as the flavor goes and essentially you have cut my package in half again, because I now have to use twice as much).If it doesn't improve, then I am going to be searching for another product to receive my loyalty, because I deserve to be treated with the same kind of loyalty that I give a company.

In a world with so many problematic different coffee sweetener packets, these are my fave. They taste SWEET, which is how I’d like my coffee sweetener to taste. They do NOT taste bitter or off like some other brands. Do they rip effortlessly like a Splenda or Truvia packet? No. These are a foil packet that is a bit thicker and takes a bit more focus to open LOL the trade off, however, is that this filler-free Stevia isn’t riddled with crap that’s bad for you.

Weird. First order? Comes in a bag and it’s awesome. Easy to open, sweet enough for me to only use a half a pack. I reorder, and now I get a box. This one? Not a sweet. I have to use an entire pack. And the packet is harder to open. Otherwise, my rating would be five star. Love the taste.

...can't quite decide whether to reorder. The caramel flavor is addictive and I want to add it to my cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, etc, but I'm only using it once a day because it's costly at 40 packets for over $6. I only use high-end stevia and even the premium brands are way less expensive per serving than this one. Also, the image online shows a box, not the skinny plastic bag I received. The stevia packets are made of stiff plastic and I had to use scissors to cut the packet open, which is inconvenient. On the positive side, the sweet caramel flavoring is absolutely delicious --- I'm tempted to just open and pour them in my mouth one after another! I' I probably will reorder since the product is super tasty, but a reduction in price, a correct online image, and more packets (that are easy to open!) would go far in my recommending them to my coffee club friends!I'M

They changed the flavor or the ingredient when they switched the packaging to paper from foil. It doesn't taste like caramel and it's not as sweet. I have to use 2 packets instead of one now. I won't be buying it again. Sad Because I used it for years.

This is great. It adds a nice flavor to my coffee when I want something sweet.
