great for UK 🌦
isn't waterproof version but still works through any type of UK weather, rain everyday, storms and puddles in the uk after years just tires require change and best option is tubeless since tubes keep popping on installation wasted like 10 tubes.

Unacceptable performance
Having previously owned a scooter with similar specifications, we confidently ordered the Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter (UK version), expecting it to meet our needs. Unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. The scooter struggles significantly with inclines, even small ones, where it slows down to a near standstill. While I understand these scooters are not intended for road use, they should at least be practical for short-distance commuting or leisurely rides. This model, however, feels underpowered for anything beyond flat, smooth surfaces. In contrast, we purchased a Pure scooter with similar specifications after returning the Xiaomi, and it performs well, even on minor hills. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter for those looking for practical usability beyond flat terrains—it feels more suited as a lightweight recreational toy rather than a reliable transport option.

Great buy, relly fast. Too low battery fro my use. But highly recommended.
The media could not be loaded. I like the speed and the quality of the product. Unfortunately, I couldn't connect with the xiaomi app at all. The app was asking for some code, password. Xiaomi and Amazon customer services couldn't help me with that. I sent it back.

Disappointing Second-Hand Scooter Purchase
I recently purchased a second-hand scooter, and I must say that my experience has been less than satisfactory. From the moment I received the package, I encountered several issues that have left me quite disappointed.Firstly, upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that the instruction manual was missing. This was a significant setback, as I was hoping to familiarize myself with the scooter's features and usage guidelines. One of the major letdowns was my inability to pair the scooter with my smartphone app. It turns out that the scooter was still paired with the previous owner's device, and there was no information on the brand's website regarding how to perform a factory reset to resolve this issue. This lack of guidance left me frustrated and unable to fully utilize the scooter's capabilities. The physical condition of the scooter was also disappointing. It arrived covered in scratches and marks, suggesting that it had not been well-maintained by the previous owner. Additionally, when I attempted to accelerate, I noticed an unusual noise coming from the scooter. This noise was concerning and made me question the overall quality and safety of the product.Seeking a solution, I decided to request a refund from the company. Unfortunately, this process was far from smooth. It took the company a total of three days to send me the return label, prolonging the inconvenience and uncertainty. What's more, I was surprised to find out that I was responsible for covering the return shipping costs out of my own pocket. This unexpected expense only added to my growing frustration with the entire experience. In conclusion, my second-hand scooter purchase has been nothing short of disappointing. The missing instruction manual, inability to pair with my smartphone app, poor physical condition, and strange noises have collectively created a negative impression of both the product and the company's customer service. I hope that my feedback serves as a cautionary tale for others considering purchasing second-hand items from this company.
