Great item

My father-in-law had to go on clear liquids before his surgery and so I wanted to find a way to keep up with his PROTEIN while he wasn't eating anything - instead of a bunch of sugary items like popsicles & jellos alone. This item was perfect and he loved the taste of glacier cherry! I love that they have Glacier Cherry with added protein. Not sure if it's the most healthy thing, but at least he was getting some kind of protein in his system when he had no other choices during his temporary diet restrictions.

Love this for a little bit of additional protein after a walk or at the gym. This product is hard to find in the local stores and I am glad it is available on Amazon. All the flavors are good.

Cherry is a funny taste, other options sold out

These taste okay. There's protein in them. I know, because this is clearly stated on the label. That's the only way I know - which is a good thing. After I ordered the product, I became concerned that I might notice some sort of grit or solids ("fines") in the liquid. But the protein is unnoticeable. For the size of the bottles, the price should have been a bit cheaper, in my opinion, which is why I rated the product three stars instead of four. Other than that, everything was fine with it.

I got these for weight loss surgery, but that’s been delayed. However when I had a stomach bug, it was great for hydration and nutrition when I couldn’t keep any food down. It tastes great and what I have left of it will help me recover from my weight loss surgery that much quicker by being something I can look forward to drinking.

While I’m used to the “ofF taste” of GatorAid this is the worst tasting product yet . Actually I’m surprised they decided to sell this product with the awful taste. Yes this is one persons opinion but consider yourself warned. I have 11 more bottles of this stuff with no plans to drink it , it’s really pretty awful. I just gave the other 11 bottles away, lousy , horrible echh I don’t know what else to say. It’s really bad stuff

I got this for colonoscopy Prep. I got the Glacier Cherry flavor because it doesn’t have bright food coloring, which avoiding the bright food coloring is required for colonoscopy prep. I also got another brand but it was high in sugar so the plan was to drink one of those and supplement with these for the rest of the day. These are pretty gross in my opinion. It has a hint of taste just like the regular Gatorade, and it quickly turned disgusting. the whey protein has a strong taste to it and it is not a graceful pair with the flavor of Gatorade. It also had a strange mouth feel that was a little chalky and coats your mouth. I ended up chugging half of one just to supplement a bit of protein so I wouldn’t feel to weak to function for the day. And had to chase it with swishing water in my mouth and hard candy. Maybe it’s worth a try if you use these types of products regularly and aren’t picky. But generally I would not recommend this. I don’t like to waste stuff and don’t have lots of money, so I will be mixing these into smoothies since I don’t mind whey protein taste when balanced well with strong fruit flavors etc. Hopefully it is similar enough to just regular whey protein for smoothies.
