The media could not be loaded.  The wheel came and I was so excited! The metal wheel was off balance and not working correctly plus there were some sharp metal shavings poking out.I still used the wheel because I was excited to be able to make pots again.I love the size and the best part was I contacted the seller and they sent me a message quickly and I just got back to them with a video of the wheel. Waiting to hear back. Overall I think the machine works well and has great speed and I love the lever.I still use the wobbly wheel until I can get a new one.Update:They have excellent customer service. They sent me another wheel and so far so good. I turned it on but haven’t used it yet but the wheel seems stable.Thank you for your prompt service and willingness to to help!

I'm not a professional potter, but I do use the Brent wheels at the art studio when I can so I do have something to compare this to.Considering the cost of this wheel it does a remarkable job. I was worried about it being centered, but I had no issues. It's a little awkward not being able to use bats, but at this price you just have to get used to removing the finished piece correctly, like the old potters used to - dry your hands!Obviously it is not heavy duty. so I would say it is ok for pieces up to a few pounds of clay.Overall, a great value practice/home use throwing wheel.

This is my first at home wheel - So I don't have experience having a nicer wheel at home but this one does the trick for a cheap at home wheel. I wish it was a bit more sturdy even with the feet its still really easy to push it. The removal tray is super helpful compared to a few other models in a similar price range.I have noticed that at the lower speeds if you put A LOT pressure on the wheel it slows down but that is really don't effect the middle to higher speeds. I'm don't know how long this wheel is gonna last but seeing as to rent a wheel for like a month is around 250 - 300 in the LA area so even is this last that long I'll call it a win.

The media could not be loaded.  Before ordering I was in confusion but after receiving product I was very happy with the output.it was great working on this wheel.its cute & portable with 350watts & 300 rpm.removable splash pan makes cleaning easy.it comes with dual speed regulation forward & reverse & also by manual hand lever & foot pedal.even kids also can use this because Operation is very easy with hand lever for kids.this wheel is great for beginners & also for professionals.totally loved it.worth buying.

I'm honestly a little shocked at how well this wheel works. Plenty of power for making things like mugs and bowls. I haven't tried to center anything larger than 3 pounds on it, but so far, overall I am very happy with this purchase. It allowed me to try out a new skill which otherwise would have cost me hundreds of dollars more.

This wheel is awesome! I’m just starting to get back into throwing, and this is perfect to start again! Just need to work on my technique! The wheel is nice and sturdy, easy to take apart and clean. I will insert photos once I am home.

The media could not be loaded.  I tried several times to throw something on this wheel with terrible results. At first I thought it was just me, but considering I can throw bowls and more without any issue at the pottery studio where I take classes, that didn’t make sense.I brought the wheel up to the studio and had my pottery teacher look at it. We discovered that the wheel plate is visibly warped and wobbles.According to the manufacturer, they offer a 12 month warranty so I contacted them. It took several days for them to respond to the first email but eventually the customer service representative asked if I could send a video of the problem. I sent the video and again… waited several days and heard nothing. I emailed asking if they received the video and then they replied,“ The jitter amplitude is normal and does not affect the use.We also tested a number of embryo drawing machines to make ceramic art, which can make perfect works.And our product comes with 12 month warranty and lifetime tech support.For any questions or concerns, pls feel free to contact us at any time. We’re always here for you whenever you need.”I responded saying that this particular wheel is not functional and I would like this resolved. It’s been 8 days without any response.Faulty product, Terrible customer service. Buy at your own risk.Edit: 1 year later, it’s a piece of junk sitting in my closet. Customer service NEVER Responded. MASSIVE waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased this wheel as a in home practice wheel. The product came triple boxed which was nice but after unloading the wheel I noticed some minor exterior scratches. There were some under the pan and on the wheel itself. I have not used the wheel just yet because I noticed it has an extreme wobble and noisy banging after every rotation. I order a replacement wheel so I can compare the two. Wheel number 2 came and I ran them both to see if the wobble was just how they were since it’s a cheaper wheel. Wheel 2 had a wobble but it was less extreme than the first wheel. Unfortunately wheel 2 has been previously owned and used because there were obviously clay splatter on the pan. I will be returning both and looking for another option. On the plus side it is way smaller than expected so it is great for a compact space. The removable pan is great for easy cleanup. The pan is really short to catch flying clay but it’s still a bonus to have. I asked a local potter if the wobble would cause any major problems with throwing and she stated that it can. Mainly with centering and the walls of the piece being uneven. So if you are just using the wheel to play around or experiment go for it but if you want to use to develop your skills. Purchase a higher quality one.. I will be updating my review once the third wheel comes in and I compare them all.
