Really like the storyline in this book love the intrigue and the surprise ending. Don’t think we’ve seen the last of Fabien Cortez.

Was ok- good. Most of it can be found in other volumes though

I was pleasantly surprised by this book! Having had no expectations going into it probably helped, but I enjoyed nostalgic throwbacks to Acolytes, references to cosmic grandiosity, and the ongoing tale of Krakoan expansion. Definitely consider giving it a read if you like tertiary yet powerful characters and allusions to sabotage and subterfuge! King in Black tie in wasn't even obnoxious!
