Remote spoiled
Bought this product in USA , my report is spoiled, it’s very difficult to get outside . Any help to buy this just remote only or how do I fix any service center ?

Excellent product
We got it from USA in 2022. It is still working fine. It has got improved due to firmware updates and now supports Sony TV remote control too! It is very handy for making video calls on Facebook or WhatsApp!

Perfect for Video calling
I bought this from US last year, it is a perfect device to keep in touch with family through video calling.The camera follows you around the home and the 8array microphones are perfect to pick your voice.Because this is by facebook, one can use both messenger and whatsapp for video calling.I wish it had an app store so I could have downloaded webex and used it for my WFH.
