Poor product, worse customer service.
After lots of research this bike seemed like a good deal for the price. My husband and I both purchased one and had them professionally assembled (by two different people at two different shops.) Within six months both bikes have had mechanical issues. (Broken spokes, gear issues.) We’ve spent more than $300 having these bikes fixed over and over. We are avid cyclists who were looking for something reasonably priced as our “ride around town” bikes, but these do not deliver. I’ve never had so many issues with any bike I’ve ever purchased. To make it worse, when I called Tomasso to inquire about repairs and/or a warranty they told me that they won’t help. I don’t know of any other bike manufacturer that won’t even stand by their product for half a year. We won’t be buying any Tommaso again for ourselves or our kids, and I would recommend that nobody else buy one either.

Great Hybrid Bike
Have ridden a couple of thousand miles in a few months, both on- and off-road and love the bike. Not bad for a 74 year old. Upgraded the disc brakes from Avid BB5 to Avid BB7 Road. Knowledgeable phone tech support at GiantNerd. Amazon professional assembly very good. Also brought a great Tommaso helmet with a pull-down sun visor.

Great bike
I'm very pleased with this bike. I've never ordered a bike online before. I had it sent to a local bike shop for set-up. The bike looks fantastic and rides great. The handlebars are very comfortable. The product photo doesn't have pedals, but mine had pedals. But I had bought SPD lipless pedals for it, so I didn't need the included pedals. I'm not sure I really needed triple chain rings up front. I probably could have done fine with just double chain rings. Regardless, it's still a great bike.

Great deal for the money, minor inconveniences.
Would be five stars if the front fork wasn't slightly off on the brake mounting bracket. The mounting screw was rubbing on the rotor when the tire was locked in. A couple 2mm washers between the fork and the wheel solved it for now after my local shot said they couldn't repair it without replacing parts. I also went to rei to get some 28mm road tires as I typically only ride this bike on paved surfaces. I will see how serious I stay with this road biking and potentially upgrade in the future.

Ride like the wind
Quality bike. I’m a casual bike rider. I use it for exercise and leisurely riding. This bike fits both those needs. It’s also a nice looking bike. If making one complaint, it would be the discomfort of the seat. I don’t know if this is specific to this model or any other model, but when you ride for an hour or longer, your rear end pays a price. Overall, a purchase I wouldn’t hesitate to make again.

Great Bike
Make sure you use a shop to put together, it was very reasonable $75.00. My bike was shipped with the forks on backwards, but I have had two good rides with the bike and I very pleased with performance, shifting and rides on gravel

Get a tune up ~3 months after you buy
Need a second tune up after 3 months to make sure everything is tight and is fit to your frame. The initial set up is very basic.
