I make oat clusters and use the vanilla as it adds a great flavour to them . This product is brilliant and stores in the fridge. Reasonable price as you only need a small amount each time, Very happy with this product. Lovely flavour.

Expensive, but worth it
If you use a lot of vanilla, then this is for you! Yes, it’s expensive but small jars from Waitrose are £6-7 and this is more than double the quantity. It’s an expensive commodity now but certainly adds the necessary vanilla flavour needed.

Ingredients unclear
Someone correctly pointed in feedback out the ingredients on the listing differ from the jar. And true enough, mine is the same. I really love this vanilla but I'm concerned about this and the lack of information available as to % or weight to each ingredient. If the jar is to go by, agave is the main ingredient.

A must for creme brulees!
My husband uses this for his creme brulees when he's cooking for private fine dining events. This is the second pot we've bought, and it really does make the creme brulee look beautiful with the little bits of vanilla bean.You only need a little bit of you're just using it for its appearance, so it's very cost effective! You can add to the vanilla flavour with some cheaper essence.
