These masks are indeed made in USA and are a good price for American made masks. This is a legitimate supplier and brand.The masks themselves are fairly comfortable. They are tight enough to be effective yet not too tight to cause discomfort while wearing them. The material is durable so they can definitely be used a couple of times or until they get dirty.
