I like that this achaar is made with good-sized pieces of unripe mango (Kayree), each piece with a thin layer of the mango pit. But something about the taste lacked a good kick of tang and spice. The taste is more coriander heavy rather than extra hot and tangy. Overall, I think the quality is good. The packaging is a sturdy plastic bag in a plastic container; you may want to have a large glass container in which to mix and store.

There is one flavour that I can’t place in it that you get occasionally that is really over powering and unpleasant and the stalks are still on the chillis so you have to pick them off individually as they have a bitter taste and woody un-chewable texture. I ended up throwing it away
