As with all supplements, what works for one person may or may not work for anybody else. This may not work for you. For myself, I was glad to find this. I am allergic to Monistat, and therefore have limited options for treating yeast infections, which I get a lot of. I started taking this in January. I take 2 every morning, and I have not had a yeast infection since I started. This is now April, and I have already reordered this product. So I am very happy with it so far. It does make me taste oregano for about an hour after taking it in the morning, which I am fine with. I happen to like oregano! I did drop down to 1 pill a day after about six months or so, just to see if it would still keep my yeast infections at bay. One pill was enough to hold them off. I have had one yeast infection all year, and I took 2 pills of this a day for a week, which cleared it up (I took no other measures against it, because I can't use Monistat), and dropped back down to one a day and have been fine since. This has been a huge help to my life (and marriage) and I expect to keep taking this daily until they quit making it. Which I hope is never!EDIT: November 2022We ended up moving to a new state, and in all the busyness I somehow quit taking these and all went well, so I just kept a spare bottle on the shelf for emergencies. I got just a few yeast infections, and two pills a day for a week would knock it right out of the park. Then, the well in the our new house got contaminated with e-coli and everyone in the house developed very unpleasant bathroom issues. We eventually installed a chlorinator system and it got most of us back to normal, but for some reason my digestive system seemed unable to recover. Happily for me (I guess?) I came down with another yeast infection a few months later. So I took two a day of these for a week and ... my digestive tract righted itself?!? Well, that was a bonus side effect! I know it's not a placebo effect, because should I ever forget to bring these on vacation or skip a day or two, boom, bathroom trouble. But if I take one a day, I function like normal. So, I'm back to taking one every day and once again will make the statement that I hope they never stop making these!1) This bonus feature may not work for everyone, but if you are woman with chronic digestive troubles, you might want to try these pills out and see if they help your bathroom life. And 2) although my tale seems far-fetched, I attribute this new bonus side effect to the presence of lactobacillus acidophilus in the formula, which can be used on its own to treat diarrhea. So I might be better served taking that probiotic individually in another form, but since these pills also keep yeast infections at bay, I am sticking with these.

I don't exaggerate when I say my results were almost instant. I expected to wait atleast a month before relief, but these dissolvable capsules disperse the ingredients into your system and begin working quickly. A perk is that it has been a few days and my embarrassing odor has disappeared almost completely. Now I smell natural like rain on wood or fresh soil. It's hard to describe but it definitely isn't an offensive smell. I have never had symptoms like itching or dryness so I don't know how it will impact those areas if at all, but the ingredients are almost identical to the balance complex for women and that has 1,000+ reviews and is nearly 15 dollars more expensive. Luckily, it's equally as effective and perfectly healthy. I take two capsules a day as directed, one in the morning and one at night because the ingredients are very aromatic. I noticed zero irritation and I marvel at how long I've suffered before this cure. I will recommend this to every female I know bold enough to express their discomfort and seek relief!

They do work, not a great taste when taking

Okay, seriously, I have been dealing with BV on and off for years! The only thing that ever worked was antibiotics...Until now. 3 weeks after starting this product, I no longer need the antibiotics my doctor prescribed (but I didnt take) and my cultures came back normal! I cant say if it will protect against it coming back, but how could it not?! Im sold! Finally and effective treatment option! With a heavy after taste of oregano. Worth it! I have not been compensated in any way for this review!Update: this has to be taken everyday or BV will come back. If you are okay with keeping this as a permanent part of your daily vitamins, it does work.

Update:These pills make me confident about my Ph levels. No more BV...just wish they were cheaper.I mean...yes you smell oregano when you open up the bottle but you're swallowing the pill. It doesn't bother me at all. I tried Womens Choice Probiotics it worked for a lil bit but my symptoms came back and I've tried Represh ProB and my symptoms turned into a yeast infection. The great thing is that this has cleared up my BV in less than a week, but unfortunately, it's a bit pricey. I hope I won't have to see a price increase as I will be taking this a long time only if I doesn't give me BV or an yeast infection like the other probiotics.I will repost within a month to update.

I always was having trouble with that imbalance. Used to feel that this particular part of my body was a foreigner cuz it just would not act right. Always scratchy and irritated. Going to the doc and getting antibiotics was just a quick fix but as soon as the meds were done a few weeks later back to the same sh**. You do everything to protect that lil area, you wash constantly you don't use harsh soaps, you wipe from front to back, you wear the cotton but nah that lil area still giving trouble. But Thanks Thanks Thanks to this product after just a week of taking it started to feel a marked improvement. This girl has calmed down considerably that sometimes I even forget she is there. She is so well behaved now. I would recommend this to all women who constantly suffer with this imbalance, this irritation.I Love this product!!!!!!

These pills are SO hard to swallow. Multiple times I’ve got them stuck in the back of my throat, and had to chug so much water to get it down…twice they got stuck and wouldn’t move, and dissolved in my throat … made me burp, and an oregano dust cloud came out of my nose! Had to stop taking them for fear of choking to death.
