This is real . My dad always took c complex as a kid I always wondered . This stuff has me sleeping deep and as soon as in bed I am out and wake up refreshed and also good energy day time. I try to get all my supplemts from food but this along with Glucomasine keeps me active

Felt a huge difference in my energy and alertness after just the first day. The taste is not terrible considering it is a vitamin. Highly recommend trying it out. I will definitely be adding this to my regular morning routine of supplements from here on out.

I will not recommend to take this supplement in the morning. To me I made me hungry during the day. Better take it after dinner.

The taste of this is awful. The smell alone had us gagging and trying to swallow it down was impossible with gagging and getting sick. Do not recommend at all!

It tastes better than the current b complex I take and by converting the mg of vitamins I found it offers more without the added cost
