NICE RO SYSTEM and good customer service
Nice product! Good luck trying to mount and maintain this entire system under your kitchen sink when you likely already have an insinkerator and considerable drain plumbing under there. Might manage to get the main unit under the sink, with little to no working room for maintenance, but the tank is more than likely going to have to go somewhere else.I installed the main system and tank in our basement, directly under the kitchen sink, works great. See photo. To keep it all as close as possible to the sink upstairs I wound up suspending the tank from two floor joists, in one of those galvanized tubs you might use to wash your dog. You’re likely to need extra lengths of 1/4” RO tubing to make a basement installation practical. Measure the scene and fully grasp the detailed instructions before you get started, to insure you won’t be left waiting for Amazon to ship in the addition tubing or fittings you may need for a basement installation. Your big-box home-repair outlet likely has little or none of this stuff.A basement installation is not an afternoon project if you haven’t worked out all the installation details beforehand, but since the work was 90% in the basement, I wasn’t occupying the kitchen at length.Like I’ve said, nice RO system, and my iSpring customer support person, Sean, helped get it right.I’ve always been conscientious in keeping us supplied with good drinking water. This iSpring system is giving me 21 ppm purity (including the replenishment of enough minerals to keep me from worrying). I’ve worked in water purity enough to feel this system is the solution to any concerns regarding the nasty stuff that could be left unhandled in city water out of the tap (188 ppm).I previously got RO water at the local market (8 ppm) for 49 cents a gallon (including toting gallon bottles there and back every other week). No more! Today I have all I want at the turn of a dedicated RO water valve at my kitchen sink. And this seven-stage system has a final U.V. stage that should kill any latent organisms.Consider as a baseline that distilled water at 3 ppm (home-distilled or from the store) isn’t for drinking until it’s remineralized, to be healthy. This is as good a solution as I found on the market, and reputable. My final words are…do your research and know what’s out there and why such a system could be workable and easy to live with. Go with an outfit, like iSpring, with a reputation. Check out reviews and articles online before you fork over serious money for some no-name system. My system has been running for a few weeks now, and I’m already comfortable enough with it that I’ve bought replacement elements for next year.Just an aside FYI for those making themselves slaves to stand-alone humidifier units requiring replenishing spent humidifier wicks costing an arm and a leg all through the heating season. I’m using my RO system water to refill the humidifier, so far so good. Hoping I’m going to eventually pay for this RO system in saved dollars on humidifier wicks that can cost a fortune themselves for a single winter.Have fun with it and drink water you can count on, and test it with one of the affordable TDS meters on the market.

Get it but also buy a tds meter (Excellent product)
The filter is great. Water tastes good, fairly simple install (watch the youtube video) and it's backed by results as shown in the picture. Our water here is Heavy on Chlorine and after installing this the water tastes very very good. Also the tds reading from the sink is 420 and with the filter is 17 meaning it's doing an amazing job. The only way this product would be better was if: 1- they added a better quality Teflon tape ( they use an average one) it works but could be better. 2- if they added a TDS meter ( how are u not gonna show off the power of your product?) I had to buy one on Amazon come on its a few bucks. 3- if they added spare key important plastic pieces like the shut off valve for the tank reservoir ( We broke ours and had to do a work around. DO NOT USE EXTREME PRESSURE OR PLIERS CUZ U WILL BREAK IT). Thankfully Menards had our back on that. The filter itself looks high quality, does it's job and for the price it's not a bad deal. Plastic bottled cases are too expensive we spend 30 bucks a month just on bottles now that's over and actually getting good quality water at a fair price. 10/10 Product

The Product itself and Seller was Fantastic
PRODUCT: I tried a few other R/O systems and this one is as good as it gets for residential. I'll explain. If you really want high quality , safe and delicious water to consume then you have to have the 7 stage system at a minimum. An R/o system is essential because not only will your water be pure but when combined with the UV light you are now essentially addressing everything that can be wrong with water. Your handling heavy metals, viruses and bacteria. We all can buy a carbon filter and such but they do not protect you against the real issues with "bad" water. You need the whole system to have the highest quality water possible. I will get to one other VERY important feature that this system has over the others but let me make one more point. This system has the common industry filters, then combines the R/O and UV to address the very small micron size particles and of course they have filters that add back essential minerals because pure unmineralized water is actually bad for you. Pure unmineralized water wants to attach to other molecules and it will do that by stripping your body of minerals such as calcium. Pure water is actually a very good solvent. So re-mineralizing water is not just about adding taste. You shouldn't want your water to read 0 on a TDS scale. The important part I wanted to mention was this system comes with it's own built in water pressure booster. This is important because the proper pressure is needed to make an R/O system work properly and to minimize waste water. An R/O system can not do it's job correctly if the water pressure isn't within the range of the specific R/O system you are using. Since this company knows exactly what that pressure should be, because it's their equipment, the booster pump delivers the proper operating pressure at all times. This water is simply a pleasure to drink. SUPPORT: The seller was fantastic to work with. Like I've stated in the past I've tried these systems before from other companies, and my opinion of good water is that it should have 0 after taste and almost feel like air going down. You should taste nothing as hard as you try. Well when I first put in this system and ran through all the startup protocols I found I wasn't getting the taste I expected and the TDS read really high. To put it in perspective the poland spring water bottles I tested in the 16oz plastic size came to about 30-35 TDS very consistently. Almost always 30 on the dot. So remineralized water from an R/O system should not be above that in my opinion because then water starts to have a "taste". Mine was above that and it had a distinct metallic after taste. I contacted the seller, explained how the install went, completed the protocols they asked me too and while still not completely happy they shipped me additional parts to swap out. All this happened within just a few days. So between response time, being empathetic to my problems and providing a tangible fix these guys we're great. The only reason I wrote this long review is because I remember my journey from just learning about these systems and what to expect from them health wise. And if I can compact as much important information as possible maybe your journey into picking the right solution for yourself can go quicker and less expensive then mine. Also any seller, especially on Amazon that makes a customer fell like their issue is super important deserves the accolades that I am happy to give.Between this seller and the product you will not be let down. Good luck everyone and a thank you to other reviewers that helped guide me in my own confusing purchases. If you reach out to the seller or customer service ask for SEAN. He was the best!
