We had the RV Lock brand for like 5 years, the door was always so hard to get closed and the numbers started cracking, then after several days of rain it shorted out. We got this brand to try because it was about 100 bucks cheaper. The quality is equal to the RV lock, the door actually seems to close much easier (no more slamming) so far the lock is working as it should, plus it came with two remotes where the RV lock only comes with one. Only gave 4 stars because I am unsure of the longevity of this product at this point.

Looking forward to buying this product! We plan to buy RV every day, and my wife and I’s RV life is about to begin. The products purchased by the RV plan have basically been found. This RV special lock is a must product! There are many products of this type, and the quality is quite different. When I bought this product, its weight and quality made me very satisfied! Both the material and the workmanship are very strong, and the security of the entire RV lies in this lock. Although password unlocking is very convenient, the remote control is even more simple and convenient at first. My wife is very happy! Looking forward to our RV coming soon, the first thing is to install this lock. I will take some more pictures for everyone to see.

Installed the lock and did the remote set-up process and the remotes worked at first. Then 5 minutes later once I programmed a new door cause the generic code from manufacturer is 1234. Once I changed the door the remotes will not function the door and I've tried everything the vague owners manual said to do. There is no phone number, website or e-mail address for customer service.

Used for rv instal was easy, but fob won’t sinc with lock!Disappointing

Looks great and does fit, but the key fob dose not work well not take the program code tried several times. The key pad works on original code but wont take new code. Not happy. I will be sending it back !
