Apple peeler corer
I use this EVERY night when I fix supper to steam into sauce with cranberries. This is solidly built, VERY easy to use! It's a lot better than trying to do this by hand for sure. I crack the core open once the peeling and cutting plops into the waiting steamer dish so that I can save the seeds. (I know that sounds weird, but I hoping to plant the apple seeds later). I do toss the peel. This thing is fabulous!

Absolutely Perfect
I have owned 3 other apple peeler / corers and gave them away. This one is perfect!The grandkids and I did over 20 lbs of apples and it never missed a beat. The suction cup really sticks to the counter and never shifts. Very easy clean up too.I love mine so much, I bought my daughter in law one for Christmas.Impressive!

and there is no comfortable or safe way to do that
I would not buy this product again. The coring, peeling, slicing functions work very well, but unfortunately the suction cup holds the unit on the counter for only about 10 seconds. After that it requires 1 hand to hold the unit down, and there is no comfortable or safe way to do that.
