I have used this product for many years. It helped me to get off a medication (a proton pump inhibitor) that I was taking for GERD (reflux). Since cranberry is known to be useful for urinary tract health, I found that it also was invaluable for keeping my urinary tract healthy. It is tart, which I don't mind, so I drink it regularly--just a splash in a glass of ice water. It also can be mixed with any kind of fruit juice. It's important not to confuse this with cranberry "drinks," which are mostly sugar and water with enough cranberry juice for flavor.

I have used it for 2 days.seems to help with inflammation. Taste is pretty good.

Good stuff really bitie . Don't need muh to flavor tea. Needs sweetner for sure.

So I bought this under a suspicion that I may have had gout coming on. I know from previously running a whole food store that black cherry extract is very effective for this and I have helped many others get rid of their gout by making a suggestion to use it. I personally have never had to. I can't speak to the effectiveness from my own experience as I've only been taking it for 3 days. I will say that the pain in my big toe has subsided. But as mentioned I honestly don't know if it was gout. I don't suspect it was as I don't eat a lot of meat, But I wanted to be proactive and get on trying to fix the problem if I was wrong. I'm really not a fan of cherry but this stuff actually tasted pretty good and I found myself looking forward to it every night. One unexpected perk that I forgot about is that cherries do contain melatonin. I did find myself growing tired earlier in the evening and going to bed earlier. I wouldn't say early, As I'm extremely nocturnal. But I was going to sleep at a reasonable, "normalish" hour. The only complaint that I have is that it arrived with the lid broken. This is a bit frustrating to me as I stay in an RV full time. I had expected this to be able to seal completely with no issues of spilling as we move around. We haven't moved yet but I'm not feeling real confident with it sitting in the fridge or on the counter now as we travel. Overall I am satisfied and I do highly recommend this decent tasting product to anyone that might be struggling with gout or need a little bit of an extra push at night for sleep from something natural.

This is a good tasting black cherry concentrate. It's a bit costly but considering what it is and the whole process of manufacturing, bottling shipping etc. I think it's fair.

I had gout for over five years before I found out about the black cherry juice concentrate. I got off my gout medication and began taking a glass daily in the morning. It's been four years and not even a flare up. It helps my digestion and inflammation issues also. Love it!

I bought a 16 oz. bottle of this concentrated cherry juice and what I got smelled and tasted funny. Instead of being very sweet like it usually is it tasted like cough syrup and smelled like molasses. I am afraid to drink it as it seems to have either fermented or they mixed in something else. Unfortunately I am unable to return it as there is no return policy on this item. I would not recommend buying it from Amazon.I ended up buying another bottle at a local retailer and it tastes fine. I am forced to throw the product away that I purchased from Amazon as I do not trust its authenticity.
