Princeton Architectural Press Stories of Japanese Tea: The Regions, the Growers, and the Craft

It took me a while to select this particular volume over several other books on Amazon about Japanese tea. Glad I took my time, as its recipient, who's into matcha tea, absolutely loves it. He's a bit picky about these things, so I would trust that, indeed, this is an excellent book on the subject. To anyone also interested in matcha tea: the reason I finally chose this book was that it has a good-sized section on matcha tea, which I could tell from checking out the table of contents via "Look Inside This Book." If you're looking for a Japanese tea book on a certain kind of tea, I recommend checking out the TOCs.
