Purchased this gadget as i have arthritis in my right hand and thought that it would help when opening jars etc. It arrived last wednesday and i tried it when i got home from work only to have it snap in its first use. It costs too much to return compared with the cost paid for the item so i called and left a message with the seller. To date no response so very disappointing. So if the seller reads this i would love a full refund please.It definitely is not fit for purpose.
