Fresh and flavorful. Hard to stop eating. A few cookies had broken edges, but nearly all are intact.

We love British biscuits and we received our very over priced biscuits today to find them crushed and expired date.

Excellent, delicious product with good shelf life but the bubble wrap was not sufficient so some of the biscuits have been obliterated. (Literally turned to dust). Obviously this means you are getting less for your money unfortunately and it’s a huge mess when you open them. The package was also late by some days. Not sure if I will buy again. If they added sufficient packing it wouldn’t be a question I would buy more.

Only 5 out of 12 cookies were intact. Even though bubble wrap was used, the packaging itself does nothing to protect the product. I don't know how shippers are expected to deal with this. Manufacturer needs to fix this. Even just a puff of air in the pack would help. All eight sleeves have this problem. Otherwise it's the product you expect.

So delicious. Just as I remembered from being a kid.

Items were two months beyond best buy date and many were crushed into dust.

The image shows the double pack but what was sent was 8 single packs. The end biscuits were slightly broken though that was expected. The rest of the biscuits were perfectly fine. The only issue we have is that we expected 8 double packs per the image and got 8 single packs instead. It needs to be made clearer what is being bought.
