Stable, Fast, and Future proof!!!!
I bought this Cat8 Ethernet cable to upgrade my home network setup, and the difference has been noticeable. Right out of the box, it felt durable and well-shielded — the nylon braiding gives it a premium feel and adds protection against bending or wear.I tested it on a 1 Gbps fiber connection and consistently got full speeds with zero drops or latency spikes, especially during gaming and 4K streaming. I also ran it between my router and NAS for large file transfers, and it handled sustained data transfers at over 900 Mbps without issues.Compared to older Cat5e/Cat6 cables I had lying around, this one offers better shielding and is more resistant to interference from nearby electronics. The connectors are solid, with a nice click when plugged in — they don’t feel loose at all.Even if you don’t have 10 Gbps internet, this is a great future-proof cable. It’s backward-compatible and performs better than lower category cables when it comes to shielding and signal stability.✅ Great for gaming, streaming, file transfers✅ Solid build quality✅ Actually performs at Cat8 levels❌ Slightly stiffer than cheaper cables, but worth itIf you’re tired of Wi-Fi instability or just want the most out of your network, this is a great investment.

HEAVY Duty Ethernet Cables
These SEEM to be super high quality. Yes, they are totally unecessary for small home networks, but if you're like me, sometimes you want the best. I have a 40 foot one and 2x 10 foot ones. The clips haven't broken. They are sturdy. I've had zero issues... and I'm ready for the future when I build a new PC with faster Ethernet (or use an Ethernet PCI-e card) and get an Asus router that can handle the speeds the cables can handle. As of now, they aren't being pushed at all. But.. one day, when I'm transferring files from PC to PC, using my fiber optic internet and just, overall, finding things to push well over the current 1Gbit standard, I'll be glad I had these high quality cables. I love them. It's worth it to me because I don't need to buy thousands of feet to wire a company and not save them money. CAT 6a is plenty fine. Even CAT 5e is fine for most people if you don't mind being locked in at 1Gbit speeds with Cat 5e.But, hey, when you see how thick, shielded and high quality these cables are and the ability to shield so well and carry 40Gbps speeds over long distances... well, I said "Why not?" I have fiber optic that already can go up to insane speeds. I'm on the slowest plan, 500 up/down Mbps, but I ping 2ms on speetest or 20-25ms in games out of my state. I just like to get the "best" products because I plan on keeping them for YEARS. I've learned not to cheap out, then you have outages and need to buy ANOTHER model.Just get these cables. You get what you pay for. No, you don't NEED them, but I would recommend running these cables from your fiber optic modem to your router, at least. That's at least one. I run it like that, then from my router to PC lol. Unnecessary? Yes. Am I gaining any extra speed? No.Does it make me feel good and ready for what's to come in the future? Absolutely.

CAT 8: It's not overkill!
I recently discovered my ISP could deliver 2G plus download and 300Mbps up. I needed some new patch cables to hook up my new computer to partake of this exciting upgrade. All of my ethernet cable is circa 10 years old but I tried some Cat 5 and 5e and found my self disappointed and just barely reaching the advertised speeds. Well, the only thing that was not "new" were the ethernet cables. I found these Cat8 cables. It solved my speed issue on first hookup and since. This is a quality product with excellent build, quality matrials and metal connector bodies. Often, you can feel the quality of an item as you handle it and that is this product.Cat 8 seems like overkill to sum, but at the rate technology is expanding, these may be superceded in the next 10 years. I'm, happy I bought these and they are priced well compared to big name maufacturers. I am convinced I made an excellent choice and when the need arises, I'll be back for more.

Used the cable to improve internet TV reception.
Nice cable, well insulated. Used the cat 8 to have a wired Ethernet connection from my router/internet to my TV. My Samsung TV was giving me errors reading the Samsung Plus channels, it would drop connection, then immediately restore the connection, occurring frequently on some channels and on one of my streaming services. Since The Tv is right by the router, I just cabled the router to my TV using the 3-ft cat 8 Ethernet cable and switched my TV network settings to “wired.”Instant solution—so far the reception has been perfect.

It is what it is, Ethernet cable.
What can I say, this plugged into my computers ethernet port like a true champ. Not to be left undone, it also plugged into my external router, also like a champ. I have not had any connectivity issues as of yet, but my internet is supposed to to be pulling a lot faster than what I am getting according to “SpeedTest” reports. I personally am not blaming this Ethernet cable for that problem, but hey, who knows. I’ve spent worse money than this little guys cost and I feel happy with this purchase and so should you, if you buy you one (I won’t share).

I'd Give it More Stars if I Could
Always nice to be surprised by superior quality. This has to be as good as it gets. Beautifully built cable, great attention to detail, excellent CAT-8 throughput, thoughtful packaging - and several value-added accoutrements in the resealabnle pouch. This is definitely the first time I've ever been excited by an ethernet cable. I'll buy more of these, for sure.

A Quality Cable
I noticed a slight speed increase when doing a speed test on the 1ft cable option. I have since upgraded all my CAT cables to this one and have not been disappointed over the last couple years. I recommend you make the switch as long as all your other devices could benefit and handle CAT 8 cables.
