Love these shorts for HIIT or general cardio workouts. They fit perfectly true to size, and the waistband is very comfortable and wide with a drawstring. The material moves with your body and stays put (there’s nothing worse than having to worry about your shorts riding up or moving too much when you’re exercising). I love the modest yet flattering length, and the low-profile pockets are a huge bonus. I could definitely see myself wearing these to run errands or go to the beach because they’re stylish and sleek too! I just wish there were more colors because I’d order a ton of them!

These are so soft and comfortable. They are a thicker warmer material than anticipated, so just be aware of that, but istill find them very comfortable!
