Please sew better
I was so excited for this bear I got for my 5 year old son this past Valentines Day. Well, there is a huge hole on the side of its neck and under its arm. Completely unacceptable. Please do a better job. At this price I expected it to be sewn thoroughly . He absolutely loves it aside from that.
