One of the better probiotics I've had. I have tried many! I like that they are individually in the foil to keep fresh. I keep coming back to this kind. They do the job I need them to do. I take 2 to 3 a day because I have a medical condition that now requires me to take these probably the rest of my life. Glad to get them here now. Just wish they protected better for the trip.

Best Probiotics out there. I have tried several brands these are by far the best!! Use one every morning and could tell they are working.

I started to use these after getting frequent colds( I work with young children). I seem to get much fewer and less severe colds now and wouldn't want to quit to see if it is actually doing the job or my immune system.
