I absolutely loved this book! So timely especially with so much more time that kids are spending on their devices since to the pandemic. Very practical guidelines. Easy to read and follow. Dr. Kang is truly an expert in her field! She provides consistent advice with concrete examples of how to approach your child. I loved her last book the Dolphin Parent as well. A must read!

This book came in pristine condition, although I have not read it yet, it was recommended by a psychiatrist.
