heating a lot
I got the product yesterday night , problem what I am finding is , it is becoming abnormally hot after 10 - 15 mins of using .other wise it ids ok.

Buon prodotto con alcuni limiti
Il prodotto nasce nativamente per i MacBook 14 e 16.Utilizzato su un MacBook Pro 13" 2022 presenta alcuni limiti che elenco:- come si può vedere dalla foto, una volta inserito, presenta uno scalino di circa 3mm dal piano tastiera- non vi sono sul mercato 'gusci' per Mac da 13" che contemplino questo accessorio e quindi abbiano il lato sx sgombro da protezione per ospitarlo; Satechi fa i gusci solo per 14" e 16" pertanto, muniti di tanta pazienza occorre cesellare il guscio per rimuovere il bordo che impedisce un corretto inserimento dell'hub- la porta usb-c vicino al monitor è l'unica che accetta alimentazione, contemporaneamente è l'unica che riconosce il monitor esterno via usb-c, infatti la 2° usb-c lato opposto (verso di voi) è SOLO dati; questo obbliga ad utilizzare per i monitor esterni la porta hdmi; se il monitor esterno arriva in usb-c (come di norma senza hub), non è possibile usarlo contemporaneamente con l'alimentazione; sui 14" e 16" il problema non si pone in quanto la porta di alimentazione magsafe-3 rimane al di fuori dell'hub e quindi utilizzabile; pertanto se senza hub si collega il monitor via usb-c, con hub si è costretti ad utilizzare hdmi o.... lavorare a batteriaL'aspetto del grigio siderale è in perfetto tono con il colore nativo del Mac, anche l'accoppiamento è ottimo (occhio però ai gusci come detto prima); a livello prestazione la porta lan è risultata più efficace di altri hub a collegamento con singolo cavo.Il prezzo è decisamente elevato ma, la qualità costruttiva è a livello Apple, inoltre non vi sono alternative valide sul mercato.Per i 14" e 16" credo sia perfetto, per i 13" occorre accettare i compromessi elencati sopra.
