Works as advertised
I used this to drill for shelf pins on an 8’ tall cabinet. I should have bought 3 or 4 of these to snap together to save me time in moving the jig, but even pulling the set pin and moving the jig so many times down such a long board for the inside front and rear of both sides, the shelves (when randomly placed) lined up perfectly. The ring that stops the depth of the drill bit held secirely, each and every hole was as deep as I set it with no slipping. If you are a full-time cabinet maker this probably doesn’t have the build quality you would need to make hundreds of cabinets a year, but for the DIY’er I’m confident the jig will last long past the point where I’ll be too old and feeble to use it, at which point I’ll pass it on to the next generation.

Good guide for shelf holes
Used this for drilling shelf holes in cabinets I've been building. Certainly simplifies the process, though if you are a serious cabinet maker this is likely too inefficient for your needs. Comes with its own onboard storage for the drill bit, hex wrench, and peg. My only complaint is that the drill bit won't fit in the onboard storage slot with the collar still in place (so you have to remove or at least move the collar back to the position where you'd want it before you use it next). This is a simple design fix they should have done on their end before producing it.

Just be careful of slight slop
There is a little bit of slop in the retention pin that can lead to some inaccuracies, but if you're vigilant when using it, it can be avoided. Build quality is good.

Buena plantilla
Esta plantilla la compre para un librero de repisas flexibles, buen producto, el problema es la broca de 5mm despostilla la melamina si es que no usas el taladro correcto y velocidad hay que encontrarle el truco, bueno creo que esta hecho mas para madera.

Worked great to add more shelve holes in an existing cabinet
I bought 2 of these (and glad I did). It only comes with one alignment pin, and having the 2nd unit gave a 2nd pin, to keep things nice and straight. I think this produce should come with 2 pins. I also ordered the 1/4" version, but I think the 5mm (metric) standard is going to be the future. I also noticed the pins are a LOT cheaper than the 1/4" (which must be a volume thing).I recommend getting at least 2 of these.
